Who We Are ...
Hi there — I’m KEN BARLOW, founder of DUGGER.AI … and, not coincidentally, Dugger’s dad (a 15-year old Bichon Frise – Shih Tzu mix).
After more than 25 years working with some of the country’s top government innovation leaders — starting with creating Indy.Gov for then-Mayor Stephen Goldsmith in Indianapolis and culminating in co-founding an e-government software company we sold to a Silicon Valley VC in 2020 — I took a few years off to explore new ventures.
While building a pet-friendly startup called DUGGER DINNERS, I saw firsthand just how powerful AI technology could be. That experience sparked an idea: what if I combined the transformative potential of AI with my passion and expertise in local government innovation?
